Our boat fenders are manufactured by compression molding process at very high pressure of 1000 tons load, which resulted in zero porosity / bubble free molding of fenders. Boat fenders are manufactured from different type of rubber compound according to the requirements. These compounds are made of purest form of natural rubber having excellent mechanical strength and from high abrasion resistant synthetic rubbers like Neoprene, SBR, EPDM, Butyl and Polyurethane having good resilience and resistance to sea water. These compounds are specially design to improve fender performance to work under extreme wear and tear conditions
